Orifices de fixation pas alignés
Bonjour j'ai acheté deux fauteuils. Le premier aucun problème. Le second impossible de fixer un des deux accoudoirs, les deux orifices de la troisième vis n'étant pas alignés. Voir photo jointe, serait-il possible d'obtenir une nouvelle pièce de fixation ? Merci.

Très bon produit conforme à la description. Beau produit.J'ai acheté les coussins et le repose pieds. C'est très confortable.Je n'avais pas les plans dans un des cartons. Le vendeur me les a communiqués très rapidement.Contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire dans d'autres commentaires, c'est plutôt simple à monter. Il suffit de suivre les icônes numérotées et de bien comprendre le positionnement des vis.
