Got the case in April and have been very happy with it, it’s not a bulky case and pretty protective to a degree. I’m pretty careful with my phone until it slid out of my cars cubby twice and I believe it went straight on the passenger seat rail cracking the front and backs few weeks a ago. Tried sending a email to the one that came in the box and here but no response unfortunately.updateI did get a message from the brand a few days after I sent my message just was checking the wrong email. Did get a replacement case surprisingly fast but keeping it boxed up until the current case is really done.

Very great case, slim, stylish & affordable. Feels very secure. Love the magnetic feature & the privacy full protection screen. Only 2 things I found were the screen is a little hard to text at times & I did have to purchase magnetic enforcers for the back of my phone case for my magnetic phone accessories. Nothing that would make me hate it or return it. I love it.

Let me preface by saying I really love this case. It does the job which is, protect my phone. When I drop it, even if the case cracks, my phone is untouched. It's also cheap so I don't feel bad buying more whenever they shatter. However, the problem is there's no consistency from case to case. I'm on my 3rd and every one has been different. If I had written this review when I got my first case, I would've given 5 stars. It was perfect. My second case had a weird gap in the front that made it look like there was a bubble/moisture in between the phone and case. And my third case is so insensitive, I have to slam buttons to get it to register and basically take off the front screen if I want to text more than a sentence. So while I would recommend this case, I'd also say it's your gamble as to what you're gonna get.

I recently bought this and the case feels good. Nice and slick with privacy guaranteed. The only thing that is a downside is the sensitivity on the screen where the corners are kinda hard to press but I think that’s what I need to get use to!

I love the way it looks and it does do an alright job of being a privacy screen and I like that it snaps together really easy but the screen doesn't respond as easy anymore when I try to use it which a real bummer because other then that I really like this case as a whole but unfortunately I am a little bit short tempered when it comes to things not working at the same speed and capacity that I know they are capable of.

I love this product! It fits my IPhone 12 Pro like a glove! I feel like I have a whole new phone! The quality is great! It’s easy to work your phone with no pause of hesitation of the screen!!! I would recommend this product to anyone who doesn’t have the funds for a new phone, but wants a new phone!!! I’ll definitely be getting ALL the colors!!Oh and the custom service like no other!!

I liked the easily accessible case and privacy screen

The screen makes it a bit difficult to navigate the phone but the overall of the case is nice. Almost makes my phone look sleek, sharp and bold

I love the magnetic feature. Snaps on perfectly and all buttons are easily accessible. I really like the privacy screen protector. Will be getting more!

Overall, its great and practical. It is very easy to assemble and clean. I’ve been asked by multiple people where I bought it and the’re planning to buy one!
