I replaced 8 incandescent bulbs in two bathroom light fixtures with these bulbs. The difference in heat radiating off the light fixture alone tells me these are far more efficient than the old bulbs. I replaced 60w bulbs with these 40w LED bulbs, and I honestly can't tell a difference in brightness, and they are very close to the color temperature, too. The only thing I noticed when comparing them side to side in the fixture is that the LED bulbs have a split second of hesitation before they come on - not noticeable in real world use. Had to return 2 of 4 packs on my initial order because they were sent to me in an unpadded plastic envelope and arrived broken. Hopefully Amazon learns from that and sends them in more appropriate and substantial packaging, which the replacement bulbs did.

Perfect for the 3 bulb fixture over my bathroom mirror. Plenty of brightness without being harsh. You can even look directly at the bulbs for an extended period of time.

UPDATE: After roughly a month of using these, the light output now seems good. Maybe it was skewed perception initially, or maybe I've just gotten used to them, but either way they seem fine now. Let's see if they stand the test of time. I use them in a bathroom vanity (5 bulbs total) and for not more than an hour a day. The 40w incandescents they replaced were in there for probably 10 years, so I expect to get at least that much longevity out of LED's, that's kind of the whole point of paying the premium price for them. Well, that and the energy savings. Total wattage used for 5 LED's = 20w vs 200w for the 5 incandescents. Not bad. The bulbs themselves are fine, I'm sure they'll last a long time as most quality LEDs do, however I'm a little bit disappointed by the brightness as compared with the 40w incandescent bulbs they replaced. I thought they would at least be equal to, if not greater, than the output of what should be the equivalent incandescent. They are the exact same size with E12 (aka candelabra) base, and yet these LEDs are noticeably dimmer. Strange.

It's getting harder and harder to find this particular bulb with everything going LED now. But in our older houses these are what you use in the vanity. I love daylight and these bulbs are perfect and a good price too

Work great and lights up the space

Fits, works, is a 2300k white light. But WHY did they put the label on the end of the bulb? It should have been printed around the base or something. My bathroom vanity type lights now look like shop lighting with all the lettering. Loses two stars for that insanity. I don't wanna buy dodgy Chinese LEDs, because in my experience they don't even last as long as the old incandescents, but why do all the Western brands do this with the spec lettering on the ends of the bulb? Most folks buy these for vanity lighting, not lamps....

I was planning to use these in my bathroom vanity around the mirror where the bulbs would be exposed. I was surprised when they arrived with writing on them since this is not evident from the pictures online. Disappointed and returning these.

Quedaron excelente, la tonalidad de color es mas clara que la luz cálida, el consumo es muchísimo mas bajo lo cual permite ahorrar energía a largo plazo reduciendo el costo del recibo de luz tan solo 4.5W en comparación con los 60W del bulbo original. Eso si, la intensidad es la que me quedo a deber, recomendaría los de equivalente a 65W para iluminar mejor.

Bought for my sons ceiling fan to brighten his room… all the specs match the fans manufacture requirements but bulbs don’t work and no return policy! Stuck with bulbs that don’t work
