Installed smoothly on 2024 RAV 4 Prime
When I purchased this Flycle rack, no review mentioned install on a RAV4 Prime... but data elsewhere suggested standard RAV4 2019-2024 RAV4s trims including the Prime (with exception of some select special trims ex. Woodland trim) used the same roof rack model. -> This Flycle Rack fit my '24 RAV4 Prime SE model just fine!I found everything needed for install "in the box" except a tool for removing the OEM "covers" on the roof rails where the rack mounts (I carefully used a screw driver to pry these out, but a plastic pry tool would be safest for the car finish). Install instructions could be more clear (Toyota OEM PT278-42192 instructions are more complete if you can find them, as the rack seems to install almost identically). Basically the product consisted of black finished aluminum cross bars, black metal-like support towers on the ends, w/ black plastic "tower covers" (which first snap in place... then "lock on" by turning a plastic "lock insert" w/ a special provided key). I first removed the plastic "tower covers" from the metal towers, then "loose installed" the cross bars on the metal towers using a supplied hex wrench, then sorted the gaskets for installing the cross bar assembly on the car. There are 4x plastic gaskets fitting the bottoms of the metal support towers (protecting finish of the roof of RAV4). I had to flatten and re-form these gaskets pre-install, as they were folded and creases had "set" during shipment (but they flattened out OK). Each metal tower bolts down to the "roof rails" embedded in the roof of the RAV4 with one M8 bolt using a supplied hex wrench. My Flycle instructions did not specify bolt torques... but Toyota specs suggested 12 Nm = ~19 pounds force on the end of the supplied 5.5" hex wrench in my Flycle package for this M8 bolt. Once the towers and cross bars were in place, I tightened the retaining screws holding the cross bars in place on the towers (I did this with everything mounted on the roof... a bit challenging... but doable if you are tall or have something to stand on to see what you are doing under the cross bars.Assessment post install (but pre-use) - Seem great cross bars... rigid and strong... look like they could be OEM models to me. If you'll mount them permanently, they seem fine as-installed out of the box. If you will take them on/off as as needed... (my norm), several mods may be useful. For storing the OEM plastic "roof rail covers" in the glovebox... (for re-install after rack removal)... I cut a small corrugated cardboard "storage sheet" with holes punched in it to accommodate the somewhat fragile "plastic clips" protruding from these rail covers (so they don't get broken in glovebox storage). Two parts on each tower also look at risk of getting lost during repeated install/removal: the plastic lock inserts can fall out once unlocked, and the plastic gaskets can likewise get separated/lost. I plan to carefully remove (without dropping!) and then storing the "lock inserts" in the glovebox w/ the other bits needed to install/remove the rack... lest they fall out unknowingly when storing the crossbars when not in use. I will either do the same with the gaskets... or I'll permanently double-stick tape the gaskets to the metal towers. I'll store all the small "install bits" in a quart zip-lock bag in the RAV4 glove box for use when needed.Happy w/ purchase thus far (at ~1/2 OEM rack "discount prices" I found...).

Sporty, no noise.
Installation instructions need an update.Take everything out.Take covers off the four bar holders.Connect the bars to the holders and keep the bolts 1 or 2 turns loose.Attach to roof, secure holders to roof.Tighten bars to holders.Put covers on.Thought it would be noisy but it's like it's not even there.Max load is 160lbs.

Would recommend to people
Looks exactly as described and pictured.Relatively simple to install; however, took ~1.5 hours because 8 screws are fully installed on the pipe and it's a bit annoying to have to unscrew all 8 and then attach bar and rescrew --- just have the 8 screws in a bag to start, don't make us unwind using a small allen wrench. To note, on the 2021 Rav4 Hybrid Limited, the bar goes over the sun/moon roof.
