I've been buying these for over a year and a half now. I actually started taking them three months before signing up for my first half marathon, keep in mind, I was a total newbie to running at that point. You do need to put in a bit of basic self-care alongside it.

Easier to take than powder formulation. Too soon for me to comment on efficacy, but happy so far.

Im on my 3rd bottle of this stuff a can say its definitely worked for me, my nails are so much stronger and my curly hair not falling out as much, stick with it as you won't get results in the first few weeks. Tablets are quite big but is more convenient than mixing it in to drinks etc.

Only taken them for a week, recommended by my sister who is pleased with them, her nails are much stronger. They are worth a try.

This is an excellent way to get Collagen into your body

An excellent product and have just purchased my second bottle! It isn't a miracle cure but I can definitely see the benefits starting to happen and a few people have commented positively how good my hair and skin are looking. Also in comparison to other products this is value for money. If you are not keen on swallowing capsules you can empty the capsule contents and mix with a smoothie or health drink which is a bonus!

Started to see a difference within a couple of days. My skin is clearer and firmer. My nails were ridged slightly and looked dry, now look smooth. Have reordered and so have family members!
