This has been my go to for years. Smells great too.

Been using this gel for at least 25 years. Great hold and even works after brushing out after it is dry. Unfortunately they changed the formula and now it has a very strong chemical smell. Thankfully it dissipates quickly. Too bad they no longer have the large bottles.

I’ve used this product to thicken my baby fine hair for years. I use about a quarter size of product in the palm of my hand with a little water, work it through my roots, then blow dry. I get enormous volume with this. Joico used to make a product called ice jel that worked even better but I I think they stopped making it. This is a very close second though and doesn’t dull your hair or get clumpy if you don’t wash your hair every day. It really makes my hair look super thick, (which it’s not). I have 3 huge bottles of this stashed away. Kinda scared that they’ll stop making this too 🙄 Awesome product without any doubt. I’d recommend this to anyone who needs more volume.

Was very skeptical about this new product. I tried it out and I really liked it It actually smells pretty good Its got that same firm hold. I actually bought a few more I have to say it's a great product just got to get used to the new smell of it which does smell good..

I have thin, fine, weak, limp hair that blows with the wind. But when I use just a dollop of JoiGel #8 brushed into my hair after I wash it, then blow dry it, my hair firms up and never gives me a problem. I've been using it for years, and wouldn't want to get along without it.
