Works well to fill corners between bass traps and panels
These help reduce reflections from corners of the room

Submerge in water and dry.
At first I was really bummed cause they really actually looked like the mishape was from how they were cut cause some formed to it's actual 3×3 shape. But like 75% of them were deformed and not 3×3. But I decided to do the wrinse and dry to the worst shaped one and I couldn't believe it actually swelled up to the clean cut 3×3. Kinda wanna know the science to that. Haha. But yeah, I would definitely recommend soaking all of them including the ones that form to a decent shape cause they do puff up even more when doing the wet and dry process. As for the sound absorbtion, idk that would be too hard to tell how much sound it traps ya know?

Great budget choice for sound management
These are good for the price. I meant to get them for my home studio, but when I noticed how well they were dampening the sound of cars passing outside, I spread 'em around my whole house, especially in my bedroom. I'm just about to buy two more packs so I can finish the walls I originally intended to do.These aren't soundproof, but they DO help control the amount of reverb from bass sounds traveling across the room. Do yourself a favor and research where to position these things for the best outcome. Pair them with some acoustic panels and you'll have a much quieter interior. I wish I'd discovered these years ago, when we moved next to a train track. These are light enough that I was able to put mine up using plain old pushpins in our drywall.I knocked off a star because they do come compressed and this foam is a bit too stiff for that. Some wedges are misshapen, but my push pin method straightens things out nicely.

The best foams acoustics I have bought by far...
I was worried about buying this, because I have bought before other types of acoustic foams from other companies and it has always been a bit messy and some foams even arrived just broken. Sorry, but I was expecting about the same with these because of the price and the box was kind of mess up and almost broken. But, ok, forget about that, because inside the foams were intact, very good presented and very well packaged and the final result was incredible in just about 5 hours. I'm very impressed with these bass traps and even decided to write a review before I use them because everything about them is excellent and for the price, well you can't expect something more. Some other popular brands will cost you 3 to 4 times the price and these are no different. Thanks for this, good job! I'm really excited to put them on my studio. Don't know about the card box whose fault it is that it was mess up, but they were well packaged

Very low quality
As you'll see in other reviews, the outside edge of these pieces rarely recovers into a 90 degree angle. Most of the wall side edges are deformed and no 2 are really similar. That said, the inside cut is fairly consistent (facing into room) and they are usable (if a little ugly). They're just a stop-gap for me to cut down on a little echo. They work pretty minimally. There's a difference, but I think you'd just be better off saving the money to buy a quality bass tap from a real company like GIK Acoustics. If you're considering this for a professional studio, look elsewhere.

Excellent for the money
This product has a NRC rating of .65Products with a higher NRC rating can absorb more reflected sound energy, adding too much absorptive acoustical treatments in a room will be less than ideal. It can make the room sound “dead,” or lacking in the ambient reflections needed to make sense of the space, and may even deter people from interacting or speaking at normal volumes. When building a sound studio or vocal isolation booth, both a proper amount of absorption and diffusion treatments should be considered. When working with the areas of your home where people gather, you’ll want a mix of reflective and absorbent materials.

Catalog description VS reality
I am assuming that this company also shipped and produced the Acoustic Foam panels I ordered. I've ordered the acoustic foam panels before (from other manufacturer) and had no issues. This time, I was very unpleasantly surprised when the product came in. It was unusable. It required a procedure of exposing the product to water and then using my cloth dryer to dry it. It added several hours of delay in installation and lot of extra labor. My previous order of similar product, as I mentioned above, came in ready to be installed, no extra work needed. Hence, I expected the same this time. IN THE AMAZON CATALOG WEBSITE THERE WAS NO MENTION OR ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE CUSTOMERS THAT EXTRA WORK WILL BE NEEDED as the product will not arrive as pictured in the catalog. Frankly, this is a blatant false advertising. I feel cheated and very disappointed in this product, the manufacturer and Amazon for allowing this to happen. For their convenience in shipping they take the liberty to package the product such a way that it is totally distorted and requires hours of labor prior installation. I ordered large amount of this product and spent nearly $500. Hence, I feel cheated and tricked by all involved. Amazon must remove this product from their catalog until correct description of the preparation process is clearly listed for the customers to see how the product will arrive. Very disappointed and frustrated.

These Actually Work!
While this may not be very scientific, I recorded 3 handclaps in the empty room that is my new recording space and then recorded 3 handclaps again after installing 16 of these bass traps. Even before installing absorption panels and diffusion panels, there was an audible difference. The length of the decay was especially noticeable. I have not mixed anything yet and so cannot comment on low-frequency absorption. These bass will help you get closer to a better sounding room.

Einfach
Nur ein paar Schwammstücken, nicht selbstklebend, sind jedoch nutzbar.
