These were very easy to connect to the TV and easy to use. Good sound quality for the money. Not really noise cancelling but helps with outside noise a little.

I use these headphones due to hearing loss. I have had problems with a couple but now I have a transmitter that will not switch on. I have switched over another transmitter that worked fine. Contacted Own Zone about the Issue and was informed to contact Allstar Innovations. Waste of time!! They didn't answer my email. Contacted Own Zone and told them to forward my email to Allstar Innovations. Have not heard from either of them since!

The shipping time was great as usual. Once unboxed I plugged the headset and transmitter in to charge. After a couple of hours the headset light went off indicating a full charge. The transmitter did not go off. It was my fault though. This transmitter does not have a battery even though the power jack on my unit says "Charge". So this setup is not "portable" like some others. That is fine in my case because I am using it on a wall mounted tv. After connecting it to the tv with the supplied optical cable, I tried them out. The audio was choppy and more out than on. I replaced the supplied optical cable with one from my patch cord box and fell in love. Good dynamic range and tone quality for music as well as streaming tv. I also find that after straightening the headband they fit firmly but comfortably on my noggin.

So I ordered this so as not to disturb guests when I am watching TV in my room and they are asleep in the next room. At first I though I would have an issue setting up, but the only issue I had was the plastic cover that was placed on the tips of the audio out cord. I kept wondering why it would not work the finally saw the information stating to remove the plastic! Once that was done it was a breeze. Like the instructions stated, It immediately synced with my TV once I turned the headphones on when they were fully charged. The sound was amazing and crystal clear. I muted the tv and then pulled the headpiece away from my ears and yes indeed, I can only hear via the headset. As far as I can tell it is not noise cancelling but as it's quiet anyway when I use it, this is not an issue so far. The headphones are lightweight and cup the ears easily. I used it for about 5 hours straight while lying down and did not experience any soreness or discomfort. The only thing to be aware of is that the bluetooth light is very bright so your room will glow with the lights off. I actually walked out the room to my living room and still heard the tv clearly with no distortion of sound!!! This is definitely a keeper
