I purchased this set of books for my grandson as he had them on his wish list for Christmas. The books were packaged quite nicely in a case to hold them and make them easy to find. He just loved them!

My reluctant 7 year old reader was VERY excited to read these books. Her 8 year old sister who can read far above this level was eager to read them too. The stories are simple and sweet and a bit twaddle in my opinion, but deserve a spot on the shelf. My 8 year old was able to finish multiple books in one day (doing nothing but reading, I told you she was eager to read these), but she is a very advanced reader. My 7 year old is more of an average level reader, and it look her quite a bit longer to finish. If you have a kiddo who would melt just looking at the covers, go ahead and get these! This set would make an excellent gift as well.
