This was a tough purchase to make when just starting a small jewelry business, but I'm so glad I did! It's easy to assemble and put away, has several light levels, lots of options for backgrounds. The cutout in the top makes it super easy to take overhead pictures. It's a perfect size for taking pictures of smaller items. The interior dimensions are 11-1/2" in all directions. My one and only issue is that the side panels often tip away from the sides of the box at the top, and have to be tucked back in behind the edge of the backdrop. For my purposes it doesn't matter as I'm usually taking photos very close in, but if your pictures would include the side panels, a small binder clip at the top corner will hold them in place if necessary. Overall this was a great purchase and I'm glad I did it. I spent a lot of time trying to MacGyver something using desk lamps and cardboard but realized the photos wouldn't be as good, aside from the cost if you need to buy lamps. I really love this little studio, well worth the cost!

This does not come with a plug-in for the wall. Instead it is just a USB which is not handy. I bought the attachment to plug it in, but it would not work that way. Otherwise this is a nice unit.

This is a great light box for taking photos for posting items online. Easy to set up and very easy to use. Keep a dust cloth close by because the smallest things show up on the white background. Very sturdy and worth the price.

Ordered this light box to use for my jewelry store. Lighting in jewelry stores can be tricky with all overhead lighting, making taking pictures of jewelry and smaller items hard with shadows. The light box works perfectly for showcasing our jewelry in pictures! The lighting is perfect and the different backgrounds make it fun to change up the images

I've been a I've been a photographer for close to 25 years, me and my significant other recently started making handmade jewelry with epoxy and UV resin that we now sell in a local shop. With the need to have good quality photographs of our stuff for when we start selling online and for social media.. I quickly found that product photography was something I was not equipped for. After researching I realized that having a lightbox would be my best tool for having something that did not need a lot of equipment or space to constantly set up my speed lights, umbrellas etc. This light is very bright at its highest setting and seems to be made decently well for the price, it seems like nothing more than a canvas storage box that has been modified but the added benefit of getting the plastic backgrounds and reflectors / dampers is a great bargain. If the light ever goes out you will be out of luck and it will be trashed though because it is fixed to the Box itself, but they are LED lights last a while. I'm able to keep the setup on a TV tray in my craft / computer room but for those with even more limited space, it's easy to set up and take down quickly. For reflected surfaces like the objects that I am photographing like jewelry, you will still get a Halo on the surface even with the diffuser over the light which was my main objective for buying this in the first place.. but depending on the angle of what you are shooting it will do great and it's easy to dampen those highlights and editing software.. you want a bit of a catch light with these types of services anyway, you just don't want them to overtake the photograph in a negative way. I have included a few photographs taken with this box. This were shot on a Nikon DSLR camera with a 50 mm lens with added macro extensions for close-ups. These images were lightly processed for any color correction and contrast in Lightroom but are very indicative of the raw files out of camera. For those using a smartphone, this box will take amazing photographs depending on the quality of camera on your phone, and editing software like Snapseed or whatever you use can either just leave finalize them into great publishable images.

This light box is helpful for simple product photos and small items. It’s easy to set up and portable, which is convenient if you don’t have much space. However, the lighting is a bit weak and not very even, especially for more detailed or professional-looking photos. It works for basic use, but it has limitations. Overall, it’s okay for beginners, but not ideal for advanced photography.

I bought this for the sole purpose of pics of my toys and so far I am impressed. It’s a good size for Banpresto statues which aren’t usually that big or tall. Well, depending on the stand it comes with it can add some height. Action figures shouldn’t be a problem either. But so far I am still testing things out. The light quality is really nice and bright and can be adjusted. It comes with about 6 different colored backgrounds which is nice. And 3 colors for the wall to add depth and contrast. You get black, gray, and white. I only played with it for about an hour but so far I am liking how things come out and it does everything that I need it to do. Give it a try and if it’s not to your liking just return it.

First time when I bought the product it didn’t come with the diffuser or the reflection boards so I returned it and ordered the exact same one again. It still didn’t come with the diffuser or reflection boards. I’m starting to think it just doesn’t come with them. Buyer’s beware.

Die Fotobox ist ziemlich robust und gut verarbeitet. Sie lässt sich wunderbar kompakt für den Transport zusammenfalten Und kommt mit einer passenden Tragetasche daher. Die Beleuchtung kann in mehreren Stufen eingestellt werden und ist ausreichend hell. Das Tuch, mit welchem die LEDs abgeklebt werden können, sorgt für ein angenehm weiches Licht mit wenig Reflektionen. Die Hintergrundfolien sind aus einem festem Kunststoff, lassen sich wunderbar in der Fotobox fixieren und sind recht robust. Man braucht keine Sorge, haben diese schnell aus Versehen zu verknicken. Die Farben der Hintergründe sind sehr schön und sehen auf den Fotos sehr gut aus, lediglich der schwarze Hintergrund wirkt auf den Fotos durch die Beleuchtung eher grau, auch mit wenig Licht bekommt man hier kein tiefschwarze hin. Die mitgelieferten Reflektorpappen in Silber und schwarz können wunderbar dafür eingesetzt werden das Objekt komplett auszuleuchten oder auch bewusst Schatten zu produzieren. Kleine Objekte, wie Schmuck, Spielzeuge oder andere Klein Produkte können in dieser Fotobox wunderbar fotografiert und ausgeleuchtet werden. Bei etwas größeren Objekten, welche gerade in die Fotobox passen, wird es schwierig, diese ganz zu fotografieren., Ohne den Rand beziehungsweise die Seiten der Fotobox auf dem Foto zu haben. Durch die obere Luke in der Box ist es auch möglich, wunderbar Aufnahmen von oben zu machen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für das Produkt ist vollkommen ok, daher von meiner Seite eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

The best light box I have and extremely easy to set up. The box is made from good quality materials and they are durable. Very recommended (I use it to take my jewellery pieces)

Arrived next day as suggested on advert. Very easy to assemble and pack away, actually fits in the carry case. An abundance of coloured backdrops. Lastly, oh my! The photos are stunning, no shiny bits an no ‘line of light’. Absolutely perfect. As a nail tech it’s quite difficult to take photos due to the shiny topcoat and crystals, now the photos are perfect!
