Q: How do you reverse direction? which 2 leads? red yellow, yellow black, or red black?

color doesn't matter... switch the middle wire with one on either side.

Q: Long story short, I need to extend the motor wire but I don't know what type of wire you use. What is the wire type you used so I can get an extension

Any good quality twisted wire will work fine. Many hobbyists prefer silicone jacketed wire for it's flexibility.

Q: How can you tell which one is cw and ccw?

If direction is wrong, just switch 2 leads
