DanskinWomen's Essential Side Shirred Bermuda Short

As other reviewers have stated, these were popular 10 years ago because THEY ARE AWESOME . . . at least the 95% 5% Spandex ones WERE. These have the same product number on them BUT are 55% cotton, the rest is POLYESTER and spandex . . . HOWEVER the description on Amazon states 95% 5% Spandex ??? Shame on you Danskin!! I am looking for another brand.

These fitted as expected. I was looking for a comfortable short that was the appropriate length. I own a lot of Danskin and find it affordable and looks good. I am 5'10" 180lbs and (being in my mid 50s) have a bit of a tummy. I ordered a large and it fit just right. This is exactly what I was looking for.

I was looking for a cotton knit short. These are advertised as 92% cotton but the tag says 55%. They look nice but when I want cotton fabric that is what I am expecting to get. I hate it when the product is not what the seller says it is so that is why I gave it 3 stars. Otherwise they are a nice comfy short. Size up if you like a loose fit, 5' 3'' 125 lbs and got medium and like the fit. I am on the hippy side and can wear small or medium but don't like tight clothing. If you are slim hipped and like a tighter fit chose a smaller size.

This is my second pair, in heather gray. The leg length is 8 3/4" and not a tight bike fit. I love them and I am happy to find a nice short that does not have a skin tight leg. I would buy them in every color if offered!

I like everything about these shorts, most especially because there are no side pockets. I am curvy and side pockets make my hips look even larger; that is NOT a good thing! These shorts are super comfy and have not shrunk when washed. I hang them up to dry. I am 5’10”, very curvy (thanks COVID for this extra 15 lbs!!!) and Size XL fits as expected. I wish Danskin made these in other colors because I would certainly purchase a couple more. Thumbs Way Up!

I thought I ordered one pair to try but accidentally ordered 2! That was ok because they are my favorite pairs of shorts. I am 5’ 8” and sometimes the shorts are just too short on me. These are perfect, don’t ride up and wash well. I will be ordering more soon!These have been out of stock in the xl size for a long time, the gray ones also. Does anyone know who to contact to find out when they restock?

I thought from the picture these shorts were loose fitting. They’re more like bike shorts but Uber comfy. The material is lightweight and very soft. Fits as expected.

Bought these same shorts in stores several years ago for the gym. Have not been able to find them again until Amazon. Great fit as fitted but not a tight leg. Wish they had more colors but glad to find gray and black.

Very comfortable! I quite like this brand for quality. I find them a little long but that’s my own preference.

I like them but they stretch a bit as you wear them throughout the day.

I liked the feel of the material and I loved the way they fit.
