The pictures made it look like it had more resistance than it actually does. Though it is thick, it is still extremely easy to bend. I am an average healthy woman and I can hold the bar in one hand and bend it using only one finger from the other hand.If you hold it in one hand and wave it in the air, it will sway easily, like a mini pool noodle.So, good if you had hand/wrist injury, or to use as a "stress ball", cause it twists easily, but if you're able to use an average can opener or open a jar of pickles/jam (with or without forcing), this will be way too easy for you. Look at the bars that gives more details the resistance.
