Very simple and easy to use... Used it on cheese and eggs and butter. First one I have used since I was a kid. Been around forever....

I love how well these work with semi soft and soft cheeses, specially goat cheese. I’ve also tried them on Gouda and cheddar and it works well, I do make sure I go slow and steady to not add too much pressure on the wire.

Very happy I bought these as I use them often to slice hard boiled eggs. They feel sturdy enough for cutting hard cheese too.

I keep one in the office, in my cooler & spare at ho,e!

Worked well for the first three cheese blocks, but then it broke while working through the fourth block.

Broke first time I tried to cut cheese .Wire came off tool! Would not recommend buying,

The gadgets are described as expected so that was good. We had no issues using them for slicing different types and textures of cheese. Great price for the gadgets! Tip: on using the small cheese slicer you should handle the gadget on each side as you are slicing to get a precise and clean cut through. Holding the metal top bar is not exactly a good method as it is small and the pressure pushing down can easily break the wire. Holding the sides will easily slice the cheese and keep the pressure even for the tool.
