Jane Austen: Seven Novels
I was very disappointed when I received this book, it was so big and heavy for me and the print was very small. It was my fault, I actually thought I was buying 7 different small paperbacks, which can be easily held and read, but seems I didn't read the description clearly enough as definitely didn't realise they were all combined in one book, therefore, I will have to give this book away as a gift to someone else - being in isolation I did not have anyone to return it for me. I have since purchased each of the Jane Austen paperback novels separately on ebay all at a reasonable price.

A review of the edition, not the collection of the wonderful novels.
This is an indulgent gift for all and any Jane Austen fans (and/or bibliophiles). Seriously, look no further and get this opulent leather bound copy of all the novels NOW.This collection not only looks and feels opulent (from the leather cover to the golden-edged pages), it is also a great value-for-money tome, it includes all seven novels of Austen's career (admittedly, no unfinished manuscripts and/or letters are included)Barnes & Noble are re-publishing classics, but this time in a lovely leather-bound hardbacks, I am so glad they have done so! I purchased this Jane Austen's collection for a friend (and a fellow Jane Austen friend). For a true book lover, the appeal and visual presentation of the book is just right. The book looks great and opulent, and I imagine it would look good as part of the collection, but it can also be an individual gem on anybody's shelf. The design is simple and stylish, the paper is of good quality (the type size is about 10), the book even has a ribbon book mark!An additional plus, this Barnes & Nobel edition of Jane Austen's novels has an insightful introduction. This would make a great book for either a Jane Austen lover or a bibliophile. Recommended.

Not as beautiful inside as it is outside.
This Barnes and Noble edition of Jane Austen is beautiful to look at and would make a stunning addition to your bookshelf, but the text, being compacted into one volume, is visually quite small point size wise and it's laid out in large blocks. So although it looks great outside, the inside isn't that kind to the reader.Individual volumes, laid out in a more pleasing way for the reader would perhaps be the better way to go for the avid Jane Austen fan, but if you want a book that looks great on the shelf, then this volume would be hard to beat.

Beautiful book cover but Extremely small print and very heavy to hold.
I am not able to enjoy this book at all because the print is so small and dense it somehow make reading it really, really difficult.I have purchased a magnifying glass to assist the print size .but the book is so heavy to hold that for me it has been such a disappointment.I have learned a lesson about buying volumes like this. One book and and one story at a time with a decent size of print is now a must for me.I do love a good book and a good story, but this was much too dense.the book looks good with Gilt edge pages and a lovely binding but for me this was completely deceptive.I would defy anyone to hold this book for very long.

Beautifully bound book
This book of seven novels by Jane Austen is beautifully bound and lovely to own. I’m enjoying reading these classics. As expected, it’s not light in weight but to have such a lovely book to hold it doesn’t matter.
