Q: Are the prefilters actually washable?

No they are not washable because they have charcoal in them as they are charcoal filters to knock down the smell.

Q: Weight of the activated carbon contents in the product?

If it's not labeled in the ad then it's impossible to tell without damaging the filter since it's tac welded closed.

Q: Can i wash it? theres replacements so i can keep using the one i bought first?

I'm sure you can wash the pre filter. As far as the canister I'm not sure I don't think so. You can find a better filter that will last longer. Imo this one is not worth the money!

Q: would this work to vent a small resin printer?

If your small resin printer has a 4" exhaust that needs fumes or smells scrubbed by charcoal then probably yes. These were designed for growing plants with pungent odors.
