Magma Products, A10-1225-2 Monterey 2 Gourmet Series Gas Grill, Polished Stainless Steel

When I received the grill the handle bar was damaged, the lid was warped and wouldn’t close, the locking mechanism wouldn’t lock and the back bottom plate had a dent in it. I finally got the locking mechanism to engage, but couldn’t get it unstuck without further damage. Product was advertised as brand new.

The window on the front of the bbq was broken

Product was exactly as advertised. All components were in box which was packed perfectly, no transport damage. Product was exactly how it was spec'ed and worked perfectly.

It's very heavy, I don't know if the rod holder will carry or not, it's very dirty, the stainless Steel turbo is burned seems like it is used, nothing packed only the box and plastic bag and other parts is moving inside, some parts pended and gas connection maybe missed or not include I don't know how I will connect it.

we use this all the time on my fishing boat. Works great especially in wind.
