This is more-so a review on the customer service I received from the Company of this product. I had to call Amazon to tell them that the product I received was not what I had ordered (Alto Shaam is not returnable due to being a chemical), but after calling them, Global Commercial Parts got in contact with me and the process for returning the incorrect product was smooth.I have used these alto shaam cleaning tabs before and can also let you know that they are a good product. We rely on them when we have to clean our industrial Combi-ovens.

While I love this product, the order I received was sub par. I ordered these at the time I ran out, but I did not use them right away because I did not need to. When I went to use them yesterday, I opened the pail to find that the top 4 inches of pods in the container were burst open and there was no cleaner in them. It was just a pile of empty pod wrappers. I needed to clean the oven immediately and it was past the product return window, so I dug down deeper and fished out enough partial pods to run a cleaning cycle. I am going to have to take a loss on this product, which is tough since I teach at a state-funded school. Lesson learned. Always open the product even if you don't need it right away.
