I love the way it holds but not like a helmet. I like how your hair can still move and keep its style. I am close to running out and in a panic to get them. I used for styling with curling iron and ran fingure through long extensions which left spray on and curls intact and it worked well. I highly recommend this brand and buy in multiples.
