As someone who has substantial difficulty swallowing pills, especially capsules, gummies are a wonderful alternative. I was advised to try 1000 mg of cranberry daily to ward off UTIs. I was doubtful at first, but this supplement really does the trick. I went from having a UTI once a month to being infection-free for 8 months. These don't cure an infection once it begins, but they do help to prevent one from starting, or when taken as an add-on to antibiotic treatment. Two delicious gummies a day helps keep my UTIs at bay. Helped my daughter with her reoccurring utis

The taste is pleasant but it is definitely too sweet for me and the texture is not quite right for me as it is kinda sticky and too soft, the only downside is that it sticks to your teeth, but what gummy doesn’t? When it comes to urinary health... I haven’t noticed any changes so I can’t really say anything about that. But it’s taking way too long to show improvement. Since it’s too sweet for me, I’ll still be searching for the best match out there. For those who wonder, it’s definitely better than some brands I tried so far so it’s a plus.
