Well constructed and beautiful, almost hated to use the first time. Oiled and conditioned first which lowered any chance of staining but works well in stirring meats and vegetables in sauces. The smaller size is great for more delicate cooking tasks.

Love these - strong enough to stir a sturdy scone dough, although I'll be keeping my wooden spoons for stirring and tasting. They make a decent spatula, too, but not for the sides of a rounded bowl to scrape out the last bits of goodness. Give them a try!I'll be gifting them to a few friends.

This is a great addition to the utensils in my kitchen. They quickly became one of the most used items for cooking.

The Spurtles are fun to use and handy for many applications - stirring - mixing in bowls or fry pans. Decent price fast service - Sturdy Bamboo I recommend!
