Works pretty well, straps sometimes come loose though during bodyweight exercises. Still a great value for your money

The vest is very sturdy and easily adjustable. That said the stress placed on your traps/shoulders is a limiting factor. I find I need to remove the vest frequently, not because I’m out of breath or tired but because my traps and shoulders are made extremely sore. It’s great that this vest can go up to 140 pounds, but finding a way to distribute some of that weight off the shoulders would tremendously enhance the design. Having done a good deal of back packing I know that a wide belt draped over the hips can achieve this. This fairly simple add on could improve the product immensely.

Its difficult to put on and doesn't stay put for any motion. Any weight over 50 pounds makes the digging into your shoulders unbearable. Give this product a wide miss.

After a few months of use it now no longer stays together and falls apart on all of the Velcro surfaces making it crappy to use for everything now. Wasted my 400 bucks since it isn’t that long term.
