2 years ago on a trip to rome, my husband and i stopped by the sant eustachio shop near the pantheon. my husband was not a coffee drinker, but after reading the reviews on how awesome sant eustachio coffee is, i convinced him that he had to at least try espresso once on the trip. after all, we were in italy. well, sant eustachio coffee converted my husband and he is now a full fledged espresso drinker.we ended up buying a can of the espresso during our trip and, thinking we won't get another chance to drink it again unless we returned to rome, tried to make that can last as long as possible. i'm so excited to see that amazon is now selling the coffee...we will definitely be buying it a lot!

I've been making the rounds with ground Italian coffees on Amazon, and stumbled across this brand. It is very smooth and brews well in my inexpensive drip coffee maker with paper filter. It's a little pricey (more so than Illy or Lavazza), so I will probably keep this on the list of coffees that I like. I would definitely buy this brand again.

This was a gift

While I'm sure this coffee is indeed good, the can I received was quite stale and nothing could make it produce a decent cup of coffee. Hopefully, others are finding it better.

I've traveled to Italy many-many times and this coffee shop is my go-to in Rome. So when I found that I could by the grounds online I was so happy! The price is a bit steep, but worth it.
