Good quality. I tie my beard with them and they hold up well without breaking unlike scunci brand. Wouldn't say they don't pull, i usually break them to remove them, but it isn't too easy haha.

These are perfect for toddler use. I've found these come out easier then other types of binders, without pulling or ripping my daughter's hair out. I will say they are a little large so if they have very fine hair you will have to wrap it around the pony about 7-10 times.
