This came highly recommended by a friend of mine after talking about all the canning I’ve been doing and still want to do. It does not disappoint, a fantastic book that the author self published and is ridiculously good value for what you are getting. I had read somewhere that it was out of print but thankfully you can still get here on Amazon at least! Received it within a week of ordering it. Looking forward to trying the tasty looking recipes!

Livre en anglais, mais un anglais simple, avec un vocabulaire réduit facilement maitrisable.Impression et papier de moyenne qualité.Par contre, si la majeure partie es ingrédients sont assez faciles à trouver, un certains nombre seront introuvables, sauf à être dans une grande ville avec une épicerie indoue (et encore).

Very disappointed! Most recipes are very unappealing.
