Surprisingly works really well
Bought for child who sprained ankle specifically ATF and CF ligament. Needed something that would give some lateral support. The compression sock itself gives some support then the support straps provide teh additional support. Apply strap using the figure 8 method shown on the amazon website. Surprisingly it is listed as a Free Bonus, but do not think the ankle sleeve itself is effective w/o the straps. DO NOT apply the velcro to the sleeve/sock itself. It will fray and pull the material apart. Other than that does what is supposed to do. It does allow movement, but gives quite a bit of support w/ mobility.

good support knee sleeve without falling off when walking or runningthey are very warm too. I wore them when I walk the dogs in the morning.

I love this product
I love this product ! I’m a college student who walks and exercise a lot. My knee hurts sometimes because of that. This product compressed my knee, and I no longer feel the pain when I run too much. It’s great and it’s cheaper than the one sold in Dick’s sport good. I’m satisfied
