The TV Shield PRO Lite 55-60" Indoor TV Enclosure, Fits 55-60" Television

I was really excited when I found this. I first started looking at the pro model but it looked to bulky and we are in an airconditioned lobby so I didn't think it was necessary. I bought it thinking it operated similarly to the pro model but was sorely surprised when we got it. This is not a good example if you are using this to cover a kioske that you might need to have access to regularly to update content. Instead of having some sort of lid or cover that hinges up or down, the entire unit has to be unscrewed and lifted off the wall. No way can one person do it. You almost need three people because someone has to be able to plug in the top mounted cooling fan. It is secured by security torx screws. For me, this will require removing this on a regular basis to change the slideshow which runs on a thumb drive. That said, it's very well made and looks nice. Seems to be good and secure, unless someone has the Torx driver to remove the screws. The cooling fan is virtually silent. Again well made, looks nice but be mindful of how it operates. It would be so much better if it had a piano hinge on the bottom edge of the front bezel, with a cylinder lock on the top like the other one we have.

I like the enclosure and It works fine for me. The only problem I had were with the Fan wiring which loss it adhesiveness because of the heat. Need to look at design for desert like conditions; cause a short in the system; so I had to take the wiring harness out
