This Joe Blasco product gives your face an overall smooth coverage. Just a little goes a long way. Add a finishing powder and it lasts throughout the day into evening. This is especially the best base to use before photos. Try a before and after. You will definitely like how you look with this Joe Blasco cream base.

Great purchase, my wife loved it.

The coverage is pretty good. The only downside with this brand is that you cannot try samples at the store or ship back something after you tired it if the color is wrong. I bought the ruddy/fair tone first, but it is too peachy for my fair skin. Now I use it similar to a blush.Alabaster is a better shade for me, but I think the neutral beige (zero or 1-- the lightest) may also work out but I have not tried that shade.I have natural red hair and light skin (usually a 1-2 on a scale up to 10). If I had a bit of a tan or spray tan I might choose light olive or the ruddy/fair tone based on the color chart on the Joe Blasco website.The product comes in a small circular pot and is easy to fit in any bag. I use a brush to apply it normally but fingertips work well, too. It is a creamy almost waxy product that works well for discolorations. I have freckles, redness, and turquoise veins (so pale) so I like a medium or full coverage foundation.I do not like how it works with powder, though. I see separation when I wear powder so either the products just don't mix, or I need to stay away from the powder.I hope this helps someone.

It covers spots very well. I used it on my Mom's large dark spot and it helped quite a bit, too.

Not the color I was looking for. Joe Blasco discontinued the "Olive" color line, making searching and ordering very difficult.
