Good supplement

It is supposed to dissolve dead proteins in my body and prevent premature aging. I guess it is working, but I have no way to measure it.

Good product. Would buy again.

One of the things perhaps unique to Japan is the consumption of Natto, a fermented soybean concoction with a smell akin to Ammonia, and a taste reminiscent of salty or earthy like cottage cheese. Its consistency is gooey and sticky soft beans. Some Japanese eat frequently for breakfast, others can't really warm up to the taste, smell or consistency. Along with fiber and vitamins such as K2 a blood clotting agent, Natto contains Nattokinase. This is a substance known to break up blood clots and prevent DVT clots. Natto itself is not recommended for use with blood thinners, but this does not have the K2 vitamin so it would not counteract the thinners. However, a doctor should be consulted if you suspect DVT or are being treated for same with thinners. Reason being this could cause a deep vein clot to break up and cause an embolism in the lungs a dangerous and sometimes fatal condition. For normally healthy people it is a great prevention and a way to keep the blood free flowing and could even prevent a heart attack or other clotting issue from starting. It's a bit expensive at a little over 30 dollars for a 20-day supply. Still, it's one of the more proven and beneficial supplements out there. It's non-GMO and in a capsule form so you don't have to taste it, in fact this formulation is tasteless. A recommend if in normal health, else consult your doctor.

I ordered this Nattokinase Supplement Product for its Blood Clot Dissolving, Blood Flow and Blood Pressure Benefits. “Studies show that Nattokinase dissolve Blood Clots – which helps maintain good Blood Vessel Structure, improve Blood Flow, and lowers the Risk of Heart Disease. It can also help lower your Blood Pressure, reducing Strain on the Heart that can lead to Heart Attacks.” This Supplement Product comes in a well-sealed Plastic Bottle and contains 60 Capsules. The Bottle advises to take a Dose of 1 Capsule three Times per Day on an empty Stomach. Depending how many Capsules a Person takes per Day and considering the Price, may or may not make this Product a good Value. The Capsules are easy to swallow and do not have any bad Taste or Odor. The Reason I ordered this Product is because I recently found out that I’ve been suffering from Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis (CVST) in my Transverse Sinuses for the past several Years. I wanted to test this Product to see if it can dissolve the Clot in my Transverse Sinus. I started to use this Supplement once, then twice a Day to avoid Embolisms in the Lungs (When Clots break apart suddenly or too fast, Particles can break apart and travel to the Lungs), just in Case this Product worked too fast. Based on my own Experience, my daily sharp and burning Sinus Headaches stopped. I still feel Stiffness in and around the Neck and Pressure in the Back of my Head. But, at least, the sharp Pain is gone and my Breathing on one Side of the Head has gotten better. I do, however, want to point out that, soon after I started to use this Product, my Vascular Neurologist finally put me on Anticoagulants, which are supposed to prevent Future Clots from forming. So, while I am taking my Anticoagulants twice a Day, I am also taking this Nattokinase every 3rd Day to slowly dissolve the existing Clot. I haven’t had any adverse Side Effects to this Product. So, I will continue to take this Supplement until my next MRV (MRI + Venography) Test.
