At 74 my hair started thinning, I have really enjoyed all of the products. They rinse really clean and soft, I use a hair brush as I rinse to help. The shine is amazing. This product is dense cream, but they have other leave in conditioners that are lighter, but I had no problem with this one

Q: Does it have Aloe in it?

Q: Can I leave it in my hair overnight ?

You don't need to. A few minutes is all it takes.
