Safe, efficient, cost effective
Joins a previous purchase from over ten years ago. The longer knife [tomato] slices bread as well as soft vegetables and fruits easily and cleanly. The paring knives cut equally cleanly. I was delighted to discover they were still available. The matching shields allow me to safely transport these food prep aids safely.

Great little knives
I have had these little knives, from the early 90's. As an Executive Chef, these are good utility knives. The covers make it safe to put them in my Jacket pocket.And yes they are Made in Portugal, with German Steel, no where does it say made in Germany.

the tomato knife by itself is worth the money. Curved paring knife works well.

Superb knife for such a low cost. Almost like an As Seen on TV product but not
I own the red one (black and red version of it) and bought the 3 pack for my mother to give away. The reason I bought quantity 3 of the 3-pack is the knife (at least the one I own) is that good, the other 2 has to be equally as good. Also considering I have an expensive knife set from Macy's that doesn't cut as well as that single knife just confirms my choice. So when I saw this as a 3-pack for that great price it was a no brainer.My future plans is to utilize more of these knives or/and Victorinox knives for if their kitchen knives are as good as their pocket knives that too is a no brainer.
