Good for a variety of reasons
I’m using this while TTC to help thicken and maintain my uterine lining while undergoing fertility treatment. I can’t take very big pills and I was worried at first because these seem pretty big, but surprisingly I take them with no problems. It seems like a good supplement added to my multivitamin.

I personally take it for my heart and blood, though I have noted having a higher platelet count (thicker blood) over a period time, when I hadn't donated blood.
