Nice, clean, and low cost aid for room diffusion but somewhat limited
These do help with sound diffusion but they are at the low end of such products. On the plus side they are light and easy to apply. They do look quality if you like the style, which is less weirdo/techno than other solutions.Another plus is the low price per unit area. However, they are not the most effective of products as the diffusion capacity will be limited to higher frequencies where the prism dimensions are greater than maybe half the wavelength.I bought and installed 8 packs of 4.

In sufficient packaging by seller to get to consumer intact.
Product is brittle and ships in just a thin layer of bubble wrap. Corners all broken upon arrival. Bummers because it would look great otherwise.

Me encantó!!!
Es un poco carito, pretendiendo que quieras forrar toda una pared o techo... pero es de excelente material y calidad.

Superb value, superb performance, superb packaging!
TroyStudio Acoustic Sound Diffusor Panels are simply superb across the board! They arrived packed like they were anticipating WW3, with TWO layers of bubble-wrap pouches for the four diffusors, sealed in a heavy plastic bag (which also added protection), in a solid cardboard box. Top drawer all the way. No skimping whatsoever. And the four diffusors nestled perfectly together, stacking as if one thick diffusor. No way these should ever get damaged in transit, unless they get run over by a steam roller. There is no adhesive provided as these have very thin edges as borders. Thus, a 1-star rating there for 'Adhesion'.We used simple push tacks along the edges, which held the diffusors nicely in place, with no rattling even on loud 20Hz -20kHz sweeps. They did not noticeably buzz or rattle, so the push-pins work fairly well, but YMMV, of course. You can glue them if you're sure you want them there forever, but we prefer the more conservative method outlined above. We also drilled tiny holes at the corners and mid-points in some, for mounting in unique areas. If you are going to do this, simply take a medium sized nail (or prick-punch), hammer-tap a small guide dent into the exact point where you want your hole, then using whatever diameter drill bit you wish to employ, make your hole. If you try to drill into the plastic as is, expect the drill bit to 'run' along the plastic and spoil your efforts. The diffusion they provided was excellent, adding soundstage width, depth and over-all clarity with each new application. We used a lot, and never experienced anything like resonant peaks or comb filtering, despite using many packs (11), so about 44 diffusors. We also employ many large DIY wooden diffusors, as well as Home Depot concrete tube form half-round DIY diffusors, which all combine for a great effect at very little cost.TroyStudio diffusors are a great bargain for anyone seeking cheap but effective diffusion, that (with the white color)are not too terribly offensive to the eye (i.e., that problematic, 'wife acceptance factor' most of us must respect/endure), easy to install and remove, and are superbly packed such they will almost never be damaged on arrival. You simply cannot beat the value-to-performance ratio they offer.Highly recommended!Happy Listening,Winston Smith

They look great!
As far as sound diffusing goes, I wouldn’t really know, I don’t have the proper tools to preform a proper test, but they look great. Currently remodeling my home and I came across these and though they’d look great on my wall behind my towers. With the silicone, they stick to the wall with no problem at all. You won’t even need to hold them in place longer than a few seconds. I’d recommend laying out your design on the floor before putting them up on the wall or ceiling. I used a laser level to ensure that my panels lined up perfectly but it’s not really necessary. Also, the silicone I used allows me to remove them from the wall without damage to product or the paint. I know this from having to “re-design” my panels after realizing I didn’t like the way they looked.
