1. Installation instructions see attached are not for my product bought.2. Amazon website highlighted 4 hooks for towels etc. These are missing from supply and not mention in the above instructions.3. Photographs on Amazon website highlighted the use of all six plate slots, due to the configuration of the wall mountings supplied, plates cannot be installed in the rear slot, therefore only good for 5 plate.Overall poor quality with missing parts

Bought the one for plates and it is exactly what I needed! It was very easy to install and gives the kitchen a modern touch. I was able to free up counter space and can fit a decent amount of dishes on it too.Overall, it’s very sturdy and good quality and worth the money. I will probably buy a roll-up drying mat to go under it/over the sink for bigger items.

I have a Murphy kitchen and this was the best option. Although I’ve had it only a couple months it’s already rusting at the welded points. Still, when left with few options, it does the job so long as you’re only putting small-medium dishes and a glass or mug in it. Not enough room for a big pot or pan.

Perfect for our tiny kitchenette on our lower level. As you can see it holds 3-4” pet dishes easily. I’m not sure how much room there is for standard dishes and/or used by more than one person but it works for our purpose. It does come with the utensil drying cup as well. Happy with this purchase!

Very unique shape fits behind our workbench sink, without hanging it. (But I think hanging racks are smart!) Holds few plates, but not so good for glasses. Changed the silverware holder to a larger double style, (and used the smaller to toothbrushes in bathroom). Affixed the silverware holder with twist ties. Good for our AirBnB, (or an office) but can't see it working too well for everyday home use.
