I've had this knife a while now , and it seems to hold a edge and is pretty decent quality !It's not a 2pk. Just one , has a nice feel in your hand as well

Fit good from the start weight and balance and I cut paper thin slices of meat with ease like cutting through butter soft butter with a very warm knifes down to rocks so I can cut without lifting such a pleasure to use should of had this knife from the beginning of first learning to cook had to hurry and write this review it’s that good and handle is very nice and the end is a nice feature too I’m very pleased

I really enjoy using this knife. The weight is nice, the blade is very sharp and takes and holds an edge.It’s a shame that the Sheath is s so cheap. I sliced into it the first time I put the knife in. I’m making a new one from scratch. It should work as a replacement

This is one of the sharpest knives i have ever had. It is so sharp, I cut the sheath just putting the knife away. Th=is then is the only negative - the sheath is not made of heavy leather as it should be for a knife of this sharpness.

This knife looks the part and is very sharp. It comes with a pull through sharper which is a plus. The handle is solid and beautiful in color.This knife is more than I expected.

I received this knife today and it feels great in my hand and while I was washing it for the first time I very slightly grazed my little finger and the knife cut me very quickly and cleanly. I look forward to using it to cook in the future.

The blade came sharp and seems sturdy. The grip, on the other hand, does not seem as sturdy and it isn’t even finished….it’s literally raw wood which I don’t feel will hold up to a lot of use and washing.

I first ordered one with a black handle. I abused the knife, because it looked so cheep. Months later, I ordered the wood handle (after realizing it was extremely hard steel). Wood handle is very nice compared to black plastic. This thing holds a serious edge too!
