Not sure why people are complaining about the taste these are capsules, swallow with water. They do work, keeps the tired feeling away.

Love this stuff. I get my daily fruits and vitamins requirements daily from this.

Order arrived quickly. The cost is reasonable compared to the balance of nature. Only been taking for a week so can not give an honest review yet. But the three star I gave is because the taste is terrible. If I can manage to take the whole bottle to see if I get any results from them then I will update.

I am still evaluating these.... This takes time to start working, however no complaints. The taste is not that great, but water fixes that fairly quickly. I will follow up later in regards to how well it works over time.
