Creativity Street Super Colossal Stems, Assorted Bright Hues, 18" x 35mm, 24 Pieces

I got these for my cats - who LOVE pipe cleaners, but use them also for cleaning items where brushes can't fit. And they're machine washable. Still, they're not worth the high price.

as shown in picture, no unpleasant surprises - nothing really wrong here except that I wish that the colors had more depth... they tend towards the extremes of either muddy pastels like puce, wilted hydrangea, grimy swimming pool or else screechy day-glo. In the mid-range you'll find a couple of browns, abandoned raspberry sorbet melting in the cup pink, porta-potty blue, 6" plastic Christmas wreath green... YUCK. There is one black, with the synthetic sheen on it keeping it from being a true black, and one "white", as inspired by the longest-rotting patch of snow in March. But, OK, I do see one lovely cobalt blue. Also, "chenille" is wishful thinking here; "shag" would be more accurate. So these pipe cleaners will make you some pretty forlorn looking pets. However, this is evident from the picture. When it comes to what you can't see : maneuverability, durability, the extra length etc. all is good.

I ordered these so that I can make collars for my 7-8 week old foster kittens after Spay. I can't find any medical collars that will fit on their tiny head so If I take two of these and braid them together, create the desired circle, I can then slip over the kittens head. It is very soft and there are not wire tips that would poke a kitten. Once on, they are unable to lick the surgery site and they do not try and remove the collar because it is so lightweight. PLEASE NOTE: since this is not a break away, I would never leave a kitten unsupervised with this collar on. Mine sleep in a large cage at night so I am able to leave the collar on as there are no unsafe areas of the cage

I bought these for my classroom and they work very well - great quality for the price. When they are used with adult supervision and for jobs that do not put a lot of wear and tear on the item, they will hold up very well. They survive almost daily use by 25 kindergarteners!

I haven't found a pet cat that doesn't LOVE to play with these. Curl them up like a spring and the cats will chase them, carry them, even talk to them. I'm constantly having to find these inside closets, under radiators and furniture. Trust me...pet cats will go bananas over these.

The quality is great but I bought the set for the multiple black stems and there was only one on the package.

These things are HUGE! And I love them.I'm using them to wrap around hangers to keep clothing from slipping off and causing hanger dents in shoulders. I use them on plastic hangers because I like plastic hangers in general but they might also work well with wire hangers. When I got my first order I laughed at how big they were (in a good way) and then ordered more again.

These pipe cleaners are alot bigger than I expected and I'm totally cool with that. I mainly bought them to make really inexpensive toys for my cats and they really like these. So far they got a ball and a spiral to play with and they're really enjoying both. They seem to be pretty durable as they've already taken a beating: no shedding or fraying so far. I like the variety in colors as well. Overall, really satisfied with this purchase.
