Easy to install
Product works great, and heats up my marble floor fast. I would make sure you seat the heating wires into the mortar really well though to prevent air pockets around the wire. Seems to be the biggest cause of failure. I can’t speak much to longevity however because mine has only been installed for a few months.

Cant imagine life without floor heating system
Electrician did wiring for thermostat. I was not at home when unit was installed and settings down. H provided me no verbal instructions -- so Tech Support not at fault. Hopefully my children will read the manual and advised how things work.I LOVE my heated tile floor. Cant imagine having tile floor without heating system.

Pleasantly Surprised!
Installed it in the bathroom under tile and it works well! Only negative is that it takes a while to warm up.

Great Company To Buy From
I purchased two of these units -- one was installed and words flawlessly. There were some issues with the second, probably as a result of installation. The company's tech people worked closely with my builder and was very responsive. When the crux of the problem could not be identified, the company refunded my money without question. I would definitely buy from them again.

Works Great and Easy Install! 2 years installed and we Love it!
Very happy with this product! Installation was a breeze and works perfectly. I would definitely recommend this for anybody wanting to Heat there Floors. Customer service was great responsing to questions,buy with confidence with my friend’s 😎We have two winters using the heated floors and we really love it. Every morning my wife comments about how nice the floor feels on our feet on the warm tiles.I wish I would install this many years ago.

Love my new heated tiles!
I can’t believe I waited this long! Love my heated tiles! These actually have helped knock the chill off in our bedroom as well. We have 3 windows in our bedroom so in the winter it’s cooler than the rest of the house. We had tiles put down in the master bath and it’s helping with the bedroom being colder. Very happy!
