Why misguiding customers by mentioning 'The Original Dolphine.....'??? Why mentioning in description that it is made and patented in Korea/US when it is clearly mentioned on damaged box tjat it is made in China? There is a tag on product that it is bought from 1 to 10 budget shops. This product which I received is a very cheap quality with cheap packaging and damaged box and all items are kept loose without any polybag. I purchased after I saw 3000+ good rated reveiws but unfortunately reality is very different? I paid even extra money for delivery charges in an expectation of genuine product. Worst experience. Never recommended. Negative star.

After placing a 5-gallon Culligan water bottle atop my water cooler the night before, I came in to find the bottle empty and a carpet soaked with all the water. After researching water coolers I could not find a single one that gave me the confidence to purchase another one.I found this hand pump and it is even better than I had hoped for. This is the best part: the pump is NOT suction driven as the star chart above indicates, but pressure driven. The pump forces air into the bottle which then forces the water through the nozzle - the liquid never touches the pump moving pieces so there is never a chance of contamination, corrosion, etc.The only negative comment I would make is that the pump is strong enough so if you pump hard enough, the nozzle can come off. Easy fix with a bit of glue.

Update: This is my 2nd Dolphin pump. I was so happy with the first one which I've been testing every day in the house for a few months that I wanted another one. I bought the 1st one for my airstream to have in the kitchen when not hooked up to water. I bought the 2nd one to have in the bathroom where I wanted a smaller 2 gallon jug. The pump fits and works just as well on both the 5 gal and the 2 gal jug.I've loaded a photo of both sizes so you can see how it fits. For the smaller jug I just had to saw off about 1 inch of the internal tube to fit. I'm extremely happy with the quality.First Review:A friend told me to get this because her son uses it when he travels and he loves it. It was exactly what I needed for my airstream, but when I read all the reviews I became skeptical of the quality. I decided to trust the feed back from the person I knew rather than the not to stellar reviews I read on Amazon.ca. I'm very glad I did, because I love it and it's solved so many problems for me. It arrived in good packaging, the pump quality is great and it has pumped water with a good consistent stream every time. I have not experienced anything negative with this water pump and I've been using it for everyday for several months now. I would definitely purchase it again.
