NO SIRVE
NO COMPRAR.... no sirve jamás se pudo conectar con el monitor y mucho menos al WiFi, tenemos otro monitor "barato" que es el que usamos y funciona mucho mejor, perdida de dinero y tiempo...no comprar

Doesn’t work
The newly delivered baby monitor and camera doesn’t hold charge- doesn’t have sound and Amazon says they can’t help

Malfunctions after only 3 months.
Camera worked amazing until the monitor stopped working 3 months after buying it. The monitor would freeze when pushing buttons and shut off. Called manufacturer for replacement and they sent me another faulty monitor that doesn’t even turn on. Now manufacturer wants me to return replacement monitor to assess issue and costs of shipping comes out of my pocket...as per their policy. VERY dissatisfied with product and end result of customer service resolution.
