Q: The item is listed as Silver Calcium but the package says nothing about Calcium at all. Is there a difference, because I need Silver Calcium

Not sure, but it does help heal open wounds

Q: Does it have an expiration date?

Yes. It is visible in the picture but the purchase will be valid. The ones I purchased don’t expire till 2025.

Q: Does it need tape or something to keep it in place?

You need a cover dressing such as Allevyn foam adhesive border or Tegaderm plastic film adhesive (or equivalent dressings) for a longer wear time. You can use gauze and tape if you choose. This product is meant to give extra absorption of wound drainage while providing antibacterial protection.
