Really love this product. Experienced tingling the first few times I used it. Had a great night sleep each time I use it. I don’t use it regularly maybe once a week. I put it on the soles of my feet - 3 sprays on each. Rub in and pop socks on. Do not walk barefoot after using as it makes your feet slippy. I also sprayed under my arms & washed off after 30 minutes (recommended as deodorant) to trial. I was impressed it worked but I think better to stick to using it in the evening as it has a resting effect on the body. Wouldn’t recommend on sensitive skin.

Decided to give this a shot after seeing a different brand I used previously was unavailable here. Unfortunately this is much more oily meaning it hardly gets absorbed by the skin unless you massage it in, and if you just leave it on it starts to itch. Definitely not purchasing this again
