はっきり言えますが、自分はこれを加えてから、確実に減量にスピードが増していってる。 ミオスタチンを阻害してるのかは分からないですが、妙に筋肉が張ります。 あと体臭が減った気がして、発汗時に香る制汗剤の香りがクリアになってます。 自分は体感めちゃくちゃあります。 ちなみにAmazonの方がi◯erbより安いです。
