Zojirushi NP-NVC10IN Original Replacement Nonstick Inner Cooking Pan for Zojirushi NP-NVC10 5-Cup Rice Cooker only

Bowl received is slightly different than the one pictured. The one received doesn't have the dimple in the middle like my original pan had but it doesn't matter. It is EXACTLY the same size as the original bowl for my NP-HTC10 and worked the same. ZR is adamant that you can't use bowls from another model but this is not true. After paying $500 for my cooker about 6 years ago, it is still working perfectly except for the now flaking nonstick in the bowl. ZR says that the original bowl for my cooker is no longer made and there are no substitutes - kinda pisses me off that they expect me to pay $500-$800 every 6 years for a new cooker when the bowl wears out. Fortunately, they lie about comparability. This particular bowl is $25 more than on the ZR website but they are always out of stock (another annoying issue) but it was worth it to get another 6 years out of an otherwise outstanding cooker.

The product images shows an item that’s different from what I have but since it’s the same model I ordered anyway. It turned out that the actual item is identical to the original parts, with a smooth bottom.

It’s good for my cooker.
