We are fortunate that we live on a lake in northern Minnesota.This was not purchased to tote my kayak around, as much as a storage harness. We have a storage shed in our yard, and for now, I will keep my kayak secured to the dock.This harness can be used if I decide to kayak other lakes, but my husband already has plans to hang my kayak off the rafters during the winter. Either way, this will be a useful item.Hopefully, it will be durable.

Good if you don't have anything else
It's kind of a pain to set up and the strap had doesn't help it still hurts when you carry with it but it gets the job done seems to be strong enough
