It's the 2017 Games Review - there is literally nothing insightful in this book.
It's literally one of the worst books I've ever read. It's just a review of the 2017 games. Ben constantly refers to 'mindset' without actually discussing what mindset is. It's like a 13 year old has discovered the phrase 'growth mindset' and been told to write an essay on it for school, which is just a lot of cliches rolled over and over. Fair play, Katrin has done well, but it sounds like her life is boring as. He basically admits there is nothing special about what he does, just eight hours a day of training, recovery and fish and vegetables. Despite this, he claims to have some kind of special sauce that makes him so special and certainly isn't humble about it. The constant references to his athlete's success is basically him spinning his CV every ten pages or so. Fair play, Ben's marketing team sold me this book and I've made him richer but this book is a lot of nonsense and unless you want to read a 180 page review of the CrossFit Games I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

A CrossFit athletes must read!
What an incredible read! If you love CrossFit or just have an interest in fitness this is for you!It is a great review from the 2016 games from the coach that led Katrin Davidsdottier to a second competition win. Additionally there is insight from Matt Fraser and other elite CrossFit athletes. This really allows you to understand the mindset required to be known as the fitness on earth!

Well worth reading!
Excellent book. Succinct and well set out. Good use of working examples, especially for those of us who avidly follow Crossfit. I don’t take part in crossfit but I did find the tips and ethos Ben explains carry over to my training regardless. Even my ten year old son has started reading it!

I would definitely recommend
I don't normally read 'self help' style books however I have to say that this book was really engaging and I found it very interesting.I am roughly half way through it and though there is not a great deal of in depth detail there is still some really useful advice about changing your mind set.I would definitely recommend.

READ. THIS. BOOK.!
I have had this admiration for CrossFit Athletes snice I watched the documentary "Fittest on Earth" this book just highlights even more of what the athletes have to endure to become the fittest on earth. Although it's mainly about CrossFit, the rules in this book you can transfer to probably any profession.
