Nature's Cure Body Acne Treatment Spray - 3.5 fl oz (Pack of 1)

I'm a 36 year old woman who suffers from acne from poly cystic ovation syndrome. Since the birth of my child, my skin has gradually gotten worse. It was never great. Over the last two years, holy moly. Oily, bumpy, and always broke out. My back, chest, neck, face, and arms are horrible. Cystic acne and regular ol whiteheads and blackheads as well. My chest is mainly white heads with an occassional monster. For the last two years, I have worn crew neck shirts, no tanks and lots of make up. Using gold bond powder daily keeps it somewhat ok to manage oily skin, but still broken out and smelling like gold bond ;-)I have tried creams, meds, witch hazel, body washes, etc. I have spent tons of money. I ordered this spray after lots of reading and omg finally, my back and chest clearing!!! I've been using it over a month. I also started using antibacterial bar soap, instead of body wash, twice a day. I still break out, but it has cleared enough and gotten rid of the cystic ones enough that I actually will wear a v neck and sometimes, a tank top!!! Oh how I envy those clear skin people. Sigh. It could always be worse, I'm sure you have said the same ;-)Now if I'm out mowing or hiking or something, and get sweaty, they start popping back out. My dermatologist had put me on meds that did help, but they were X meds for pregnancy and I'm not trying, but didn't want to chance it. This is a great topical answer.It's sprays easy, upside down as well! No burning or odors. My complaint is you do not get much for your money. I wish it was a little cheaper. Please please lower the price some! Others who have spent endless amounts trying to tame their acne will agree.I will add some pics when I remember to take the afters!

Important: Salicyclic acid is best for closed comedones or blackheads/whiteheads. In addition, because you are using acids your skin is more vulnerable to the sun so if these treated areas are exposed to the sun please use sunscreen.This is especially important if you are trying to get rid of hyperpigmentation in the areas you are treating.Review: I wanted a product like this because I was still experiencing whiteheads and a couple blackheads on my back. "Regular", inflammed acne was a resolved issue because I started using a cleanser with glycolic acid daily, but that doesn't treat the type of acne I was still struggling with.I washed my back with a washcloth since I got this at night and sprayed the areas with these issues. Primarily where my bra band was on my back. I sprayed with the nozzle upside down with no issues, sprayed as well as if it was upright.The next morning, my acne was significantly reduced. Some straight disappeared. Its only day one but I'm pretty relieved that I get to see if working so quickly. No weird marks on clothes. I waited until my back felt dry which was in about a minute and then I put my shirt back on.If you have whiteheads and blackheads on your body, this is your best bet. If I didn't already have something for my face, I would use this product for my face as well.

I bought this as in my 30's I suddenly began experiencing back acne. I tried different things in the shower thinking I needed to better wash my back, and tried more frequently changing out my bath towel (which is always fully dry by the next time I use it and I was changing the towel every 5 days). Nothing worked. I tried taking Fish Oil and Zinc which also didn't work but when I did a search on Amazon - here was a solution! Body Acne Spray!I am thoroughly spraying my back after I get out of the shower and dry off. It takes a few minutes to dry so you either have to stand there or just throw your clothes on if you don't have time to stand around. It's never stained my clothes. Results started immediately: within a week, I saw about a 50% reduction in my back acne. I continued using the spray and after about a month, I noticed about an 80% reduction in back acne. That's about as good as it's gotten, hence the 4 stars. A couple of important things to note:1. This did not fully clear my back of acne, but I did experience a significant reduction.2. I tried to stop using it after about 6 weeks, and the acne immediately returned. So for now, I'm stuck using this product daily. As an aside, I've also just purchased High Potency Apple Cider Vinegar 625 mg 180 Caps by Swanson Ultra which I've heard will help with adult body acne. If it works, I will update this review and also review that product.3. It's difficult to spray if the bottle is held upside down. This is important for those who want to use it with back acne. What I do is bend at the waist and throw my arm back to spray - this allows me to keep the bottle in an upright position in my hand while spraying my back.4. When it gets down to about the last 10% of the bottle, it's really hard to get it to spray.Overall, I am happy with this product and would purchase it again. For now, I've purchased another spray AcneFree Body Clearing Acne Spray, 5 Ounce which is about the same price, but more ounces (5 versus 3.5) and seems to be an aerosol spray instead of a pump spray. This might be an improvement for those with back acne.
