No Worries for Whale (Hello Genius)

Love these books! Glad to see there are still new ones!

This really, really works! It reached our son really well. Definitely buy it. Our two year old can be a little nervous or get suuuper upset when he drops something or can’t figure out a toy, bc being little is hard, and this book was a *huge* help. We checked this out this from the library and read it a lot bc he asked, but we returned & didn’t think the content was that amazing (thinking like adults). But for the last few months, he *still* calms himself when he's frustrated or upset by saying “no worries, wittle whaw”. The short clear sentences and the way they present and explain kid worries just sink in for kids really well. Today he was asking for the book again so, I guess we’re buying it!!

I love that this book talks about a little whale that it’s worried about who’s gonna help/take care of them, and the narrator/caretaker it’s not named at all, so this book works with any type of family ♥️
