This ID tag is a great disabled aid.
I read all the posts prior to buying this ID Tag. I am most grateful for finding these facts:1) A service dog requires no certification or ID.2) As long as the dog is well mannered and trained to assist a disabiity and not a disturbance to the public he/or she is considered a service dog.3) The handler needs to be able to answer "What is it trained to do" in a factual, non emotional, patient manner.4) While the laws of the ADA are meant to protect the disabled; the average public and retail stores/restaurants that we frequent have security or personnel that are not informed and break the ADA law every day.The worst review was by Rev. Lindsey who was reviewing what he thought should be on the tag and not the quality of the tag itself or the delivery service. Perhaps Rev. Lindsey, in light of my comments to your review, you will reconsider your terrible rating as this ID tag is actually helping the disabled by stopping interrogation. Your unfortunate rating lets buyers think there is some material defect with the product and there is none. In fact, this company offers a very good product with great service. My life has changed with the addition of this simple laminated tag on my service dog's vest. Policemen wear uniforms because it identifies an agent of law and the average Joe recognizes the authority immediately. This tag serves the same purpose; it clearly lets the public know and certain ignorant security personnel know that this dog has been identified as a service dog. I had a trip recently on a major airline. I had all my documentation with me; health certificates etc; and as I checked in my luggage they started to ask for documents but paused abruptly when they saw the ID tag and simply nodded and smiled. The difference was unbelievable. As you say, in a perfect world the disabled should not even be questioned but it's not a perfect world and this ID tag makes my life a lot easier. As to the quality of the tag - it's A1; as to the quality of the service - it's above A1!!!

Question no more, here is the answer!
For anyone who uses a service dog in their daily routine, this tag is for you!Lets face it, its just awful to be stopped, questioned, and even embarrasedfor walking into a public place with a dog by your side.Unfortunately many stablishments are not aware, nor inform their staff aboutthe laws that protect individuals with disabilities, and their right to carry aservice dog. Explaining these laws can be VERY repetitive, and hectic to saythe least, that most folks prefer to stay home and limiting their daily lives thanto go through the same spiel over and over. This tag is the answer. It is very well made and it is a very important tool to carrywith you while in public. The Tag makes it clear that you are in the company ofa service dog. It features a picture of the dog along with name, name and addressof the owner, and the international medical symbol in bright red. Most importantly, on the back side it features the federal law in writing that allowsindividuals to carry a service dog. Every where I go now I dont find myself givingendless explanations, nor am I hassled by uninformed individuals. This tag has brought pleasantness to going out again.

Great Service Dog ID & Law on Back!
I love these cards because they are so durable, have the dogs ID on front and the LAW on the back. I found my own see thru pocket sleeve to put it into so that it is easily clipped to the harness, my purse, the carrier or where ever I want it visible to the public. It can be easily transported or stored in a wallet as is. I would have had some options like see thru pocket sleeves with latching hook so it can be clipped easily to items. I happen to have a spare one from work but it really would be nice to have the chance to purchase one with the card. Also making a sleeve that closes and can even hold the immunization records behind the badge would be very convenient. The ID card is great as it is and high quality. It is great for interacting with the public. The few times I have been approached by managers, I have simply presented the badge for them to see the front ID and read the Law on the back if they are unaware. It opens the doors without muss or fuss. I highly recommend the Dog Service ID card.

Amazing and prompt customer service
These people were fantastic. Within 12 hours of ordering on Amazon, they emailed me directly to obtain my pet's information, etc. to display on the card. The cards were shipped out immediately and I received them within 2 or 3 days. I had forgotten to put the city in the email, so the cards came missing the city (it just said my dog's name, my name, and the zip code). I emailed about the omission and they responded immediately, were extremely helpful and said they would fix it and send replacements immediately. I had the new cards in 2 or 3 days with a note apologizing for the mistake (which really wasn't their mistake, anyway).I used the card to fly on Delta and Frontier. No problem with Delta (on the one flight so far). The Frontier gate agent questioned me when I handed her my boarding pass. I explained he was a service dog, showed the tag, and answered what task he was trained to perform. I also explained that she could not ask me any other questions or demand any documentation under federal law; even the service tag is voluntary and not required. The horrible woman had no choice but to let me on!

Awesome product, awesome service
I got the photo ID card for my service dog Puddles. 1st pic I sent wasn’t going to come out good. Rather than charge me for crappy products they sent me info on how to take a better pic. Came out great & have lasted years! I don’t need a harness on her so this gives us instant ID. Could not be happier!
