Apple is the reason it doesn't work with Netflix, and other services.
The seller fullfiled as promised, delivery as promised. It's just the silliness of apple products. The seller put in the description that this device will not work for Netflix, and it doesn't. It does what it's supposed to do otherwise.

Worked once.
Followed set up instructions and it worked fine. Tried to use it a second time and all I get is a blank black screen. Cheap junk.

It just works and great video quality
I used this adapter to broadcast my iPhone 12 to my television and it works great. No hassles. I just had to trust the connection and type in my iPhone password and it came on perfectly. Great product!

Can’t watch ESPN from app!
Bought it to watch Monday night football but it would not work. Works good for playing videos off my phone of the family.

HUGE WASTE OF TIME
Save your time & money. Shady app pops up to download and even after you download the app, product doesn't work with CarPlay or other APPS. Just buy APPLE product. Worth the money!

Useful but not apple friendly
Product looks like it’s of quality, but it doesn’t recognize apple products as easy as android. Easy setup unless you’re pairing it with an apple product.
